Events at Bollington Library

Summer Reading Challenge Starts 1st July to 9th September. Theme this year is Animal Agents. Children to read a total of 6 books and in return they will receive a collector’s card and stickers.

NEW: Book Club for Adults, Tuesday 4th July, 6:00 – 7:00pm. Reading Group – please call 01625 378266 for more information.  New members welcome.

Lego Club,  Tuesday 11th July, 4pm – 5pm.  Lego Club is suitable for primary school aged children.  Free, but places are limited. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Story and Tea for Adults, Thursday 13th July, 2pm – 3pm. Join us for reading and refreshments and share your love of books. Free, all adults welcome. 

Children’s Book Club, Friday 14th July, 3:45pm – 4:45pm. Suitable for children aged 7 and above, please call 01625 378266 for more information.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Our Regular Book Club for Adults, Tuesday 18th July, 6-7pm. Reading Group – please call 01625 378266 for more information.

Children’s Event: Marc Jackson, Cartoonist, Friday 28th July 2-3.30pm. Tickets are £5 per child. Suitable for primary aged children and above, please call 01625 378266 for more information.  Children must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are limited.

Regular Weekly Events: Story Time at 10am on Tuesdays and Rhyme Time at 10am on Wednesdays and Fridays.  Suitable for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers these sessions are free and will continue throughout the school holidays.
