Date: 3rd August 2013
Published by: David Naylor

The long awaited Bollington Cross Youth Project took a very important step forward by gaining planning permission from Cheshire East Council's Northern Planning Committee on the 31st July.

The Scheme will provide two new mini 5 a-side football pitches, a multi-use games area (MUGA), a youth shelter and will upgrade an existing 11 a-side football pitch.

The Scheme has funding from a number of sources including a large contribution from so-called Section 106 Planning Obligation Funding from the develpment of the Kay Metzeler Site.
