Locks Now Timer Operated.
The doors on the male and female toilets at Adlington Road have had an upgraded locking system.
This makes them more secure and frees up staff time by reducing the number of visits required to just routine cleaning and inspection times.
The disabled toilet will still be fully available to those with a Radar Key.
Don’t worry – you can’t get locked in. A button on the inside allows opening of the doors at any time and there is also an emergency button in case of any issue.
The toilets are currently open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm
The Town Council took on the responsibility of opening and closing the toilets when the Ranger Service left the site and there was no longer a regular Ranger presence in Bollington to do this and no-one at all at weekends.
