Bollington Cre8 Grocery is one year old!
The Bollington Cre8 Surplus Grocery was established on 26th January 2023.
In the year since it started, hundreds of bags of surplus food (which would otherwise end up in landfill) have been collected by local people for a small sum.
The grocery could not operate smoothly without the support of a bank of volunteers. On its first birthday, the Mayor of Bollington thanked the volunteers and Cre8 for facilitating Bollington’s surplus grocery.
