
Draft Housing Strategy
Cheshire East Council is consulting on its draft Housing Strategy for 2025-2028. This strategy supports the Council’s aims and objectives for housing in the Borough, to improve the choice, quality, and supply of housing for a diverse population, support people to buy or rent their own home, prevent homelessness, improve options for older people and protect the most vulnerable.

Early Help Strategy
Cheshire East Council is reviewing their Early Help Strategy 2025-2026. The draft Early Help Strategy (2025-2026) has been developed as a continuation of its existing strategy, building on the strengths of approaches adopted and identifying areas for improvement and development; this in terms of strengthening their partnership approach and responding to emerging needs.

Children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), their families, and the professionals who work with them are being asked to share their views and experiences to help improve services and support.
Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Surveys
The Cheshire East 0-25 SEND Partnership is conducting surveys to hear from service users and anyone who contributes to the delivery of SEND services for children and young people aged 0 – 25.
There are 4 separate surveys to be completed, depending on your relationship with SEND Services:

Local Transport Plan
Cheshire East Council is working to update the Local Transport Plan for the borough, and would like you to share your views to inform the development of the plan.
Based on the evidence gathered so far, they have created a vision with emerging aims and priorities for the plan.
Your feedback will help them refine and prioritise the plans to match the needs of the people that matter most – communities using the transport network.
