The purpose of this plan is to provide a framework for response to and recovery from an emergency. Emergencies may include those arising from flooding, extreme weather, acts of terrorism, transport accidents, industrial accidents, breach of infrastructure, disease and pandemics.
In the event of an emergency affecting Bollington, the emergency response team will invoke the response plan. The emergency response team has access to a contact list of specialist services and professionals who can provide support.
