Coope Road Consultation

Peaks and Plains are hoping to build 28 affordable homes at Coope Road, Bollington.   As a local resident, they know that you care about any new developments.

They would like to invite you along to a consultation event on Wednesday 4^th October between 6pm and 8pm at Bollington Community Centre, 56 Ovenhouse Lane, Bollington, SK10 5EX.  It’s an informal drop-in session so you can come along at any time between 6pm and 8pm.

But you need to let them know that you are coming so that they can manage numbers and provide refreshments.

You will be able to:

·         Find out more about our plans

·         Share your concerns, hopes and local knowledge

·         Provide feedback for the design team to shape our future plans.

At the moment, our plans include:

·         Six 3 bedroom houses

·         Eight 2 bedroom houses

·         Two 2 bedroom houses

·         Twelve 1 bedroom cottage style apartments

·         A woodland walk and meadow

As you will be aware there is great need for affordable homes in Bollington. We’d like to help address this local need while still preserving the open space for local residents.
