Dementia Carer Wellbeing

An 8 week programme supporting people experiencing dementia and their families. Free and with access to specialist dementia nurses and somewhere to share problems.

The course runs 3 times a year in January, May and September in Macclesfield, Knutsford, Poynton, Wilmslow and Congleton.
