2nd Bollington Scout Group

Scouting provides fun, challenge adventure and skills for life to over 400,000 girls and boys across the UK. 

2nd Bollington is a thriving Scout group which is very active in the local community and wider Scouting world.

Due to high demand and a small number of volunteer leaders we have to operate a waiting list.  If you would like your child to join the waiting list please use the email for the appropriate age range section below.

We are currently seeking volunteers to help run and expand the youth sections.  We are also looking for volunteers for the Scout Group Committee which plays a vital role in fundraising and running of the Group and Scout Hut.  For volunteering in either area and general enquires please contact the Group Scout Leader Tim Neale at

Bollington Fire Cadets

Ages 12 to 17

Fire cadet units provides an insight into working within a uniformed service, providing an exciting and unique opportunity to develop both personal and social skills by promoting self-discipline, team work and citizenship.

As a cadet, young people have the opportunity to learn the basic skills of a firefighter while participating in a wide range of activities in and around their local fire station.  Cadets also have the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications and awards including BTEC and Duke of Edinburgh awards
