A full day programme of interactive sessions will be delivered to support local employers to learn, collaborate and share practice around these key themes:

• Building your future talent pipeline
• Engaging with schools/colleges in a way that supports your business
• Enabling meaningful workplace experiences
• Inclusive early careers recruitment
• Supporting young people facing disadvantage to reach their potential
• Using free tools and resources to improve practice

Funded by Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington’s Careers Hub, there is no cost to attendees but spaces are limited. Please book your place ASAP

Delivered as part of the Cheshire and Warrington Pledge Partnership this event is open to employers of all types and sizes from across Cheshire and Warrington who are keen to engage with young people/schools/colleges. You do not have to be a member of our network or active in this space already.

Hosted in the beautiful De Vere Cranage Hall estate, with free onsite parking and accessible facilities. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
