Employer Skills Survey

The survey is being undertaken by South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry on behalf of all the chambers of commerce in Cheshire and Warrington (East Cheshire Chamber, North Cheshire Chamber, Warrington Chamber and West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber as well as South Cheshire Chamber itself). These cover the Local Authority areas of Cheshire West & Chester, Cheshire East and Warrington.

The survey findings will inform the development of the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) for Cheshire & Warrington. LSIPs are a government initiative to ensure that education and training is more closely aligned to local employer and labour market needs.

It should take around 20 minutes to complete. Ideally it should be completed by someone with a strong knowledge of the skills and recruitment requirements of your business.
