Events at Bollington Library

The following events are on at Bollington Library in December



Tuesday 4th December: Morning and Evening Library Reading Group. 11am and 6pm respectively . Contact the library for more information about joining.


Thursday 6th December: Story and Tea for Adults,  2pm – 3pm. Join us for reading and refreshments and share your love of books. No Charge, all adults welcome. 


Tuesday 11th December: Children’s Lego Club,  4-5pm. No Charge, drop in.


From Tuesday 11th December to Saturday 22nd December: Decorate a bauble for the Library Christmas Tree. From 3.30-5pm each evening. No Charge, drop in.


Saturday 15th December: Christmas Family Rhymetime, 10-10.30am.  


Tuesday 18th December: Christmas Storytime No Charge, Suitable for toddlers and pre-schoolers.


Tuesday 18th December through to January: Children’s Christmas Hunt. Find the Christmas Icons hidden around the library.


Saturday 22nd December:  Children’s Comic Book Author, Marc Jackson will be in the library from 11.30am reading from his new comic. No Charge, drop in.


As with all our children’s events, children must be accompanied by an adult.


Children’s Regular Weekly Events: Story Time at 10am on Tuesdays and Rhyme Time at 10am on Wednesdays and Fridays.  Suitable for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers these sessions are free. These will continue during the Christmas holidays.


We can also offer one to one IT Buddy Tuition and Family History using and Find My Past. Contact the library for more details, if interested.
