Illegally dumped waste

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Cheshire is working with local authorities, the Cheshire Constabulary, the Environment Agency and the National Farmers Union to target illegal dumped waste.

Illegally dumped waste can be traced back to you and you can be fined £5,000.

If you are looking to hire someone to collect your waste, ask them to provide:

• Their official company name
• Their waste permit number
• A waste transfer note
