Corona Virus Leaflet to all Bollington households

Date: 21st March 2020
Published by: David Naylor

Over this weekend a leaflet will be delivered to all Bollington's 4000 homes. Its aim is to seek volunteers from our community who can provide help to our vulnerable people. It also seeks to identify anyone who is vulnerable and requiring such help.

It also provides simpe advice regarding staying safe from the virus and links to information sites.

We are concious that not all our residents have access to the internet and this leaflet is a way of overcoming that.

The Council would like to thank the many volunteers who are helping to deliver this leaflet and will be offering their services to help those that request it.

It is a very difficult and worrying time for all concerned and it is also a time to help each other, but we must follow advice about keeping safe and preventing the spread of the virus.

Thanks also to the Bollington Resilience Action Group for their extensive social media work on this topic.
