Hello, I’m Alison Rodwell, elected in a by-election on 13th March 2025 as a Councillor for East Ward. I’m the third generation of my family to live here in Bollington so I want to make sure we support all ages in our community.
I trained as an accountant in the energy industry and I’ve also worked in the public sector, so I know how important it is to make sure our taxes are spent wisely. Now my day job is making sure all the checks and balances are in place so that large organisations are well run and taxpayers get value for money. And I want to do the same at Bollington Town Council.
I want to stand up for Bollington and Kerridge, fight to save our local services from further cuts and support our local businesses, farmers and voluntary organisations.
