Public Spaces Protection Order Consultations

Cheshire East Council is undergoing a review of 3 Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) that it currently has in place.

The 3 PSPOs Cheshire East Council is consulting on are:

Borough Wide Dog Fouling and Dog Control PSPO

The Carrs Park, Wilmslow Dog Fouling and Dog Control PSPO

Alley Gating PSPO (Primarily for those who live in or own properties attached or near to the gated alleyways of which most are in Crewe CW1 areas, however there is one set of gates in Middlewich and one set in Macclesfield which are already subject to the PSPO and listed on our proposals to extend the order.)

All of the consultations close on Midday on Wednesday 6^th September 2023.
