SWAP Summer Support Fund

The SWAP Summer Support Fund sees criminal money turned into activities for young people over the summer of 2025.

The fund will support community groups, charities, social enterprises and not-for-profit groups to deliver community-led activities.

These projects will help to address challenges we see during the summer months, whilst empowering young people and promoting their well-being.

We want to support projects which are working to:

• help reduce pressure on families
• lower crime and anti-social behaviour
• engage with young people giving them access to the things they need over the summer period.

The SWAP Summer Support Fund provides grants of up to £2,000 to help deliver activity for 6-8 weeks.

The application window is now open and will close on the Friday 20th June 2025 at 5pm.
