Bollington United  JFC

Teams from Under-7 to Under-16 in the Stockport Metropolitan Junior Football League, as well as an ever growing and succesful Colts Academy for children in the Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 age groups.

Tennis

There are tennis courts at Bollington Recreation Ground for public use but currently no tennis club. To join a club visit the Tennis Hub website which lists the various clubs round Cheshire

Running

There are many places around the town to take a jog or do some more serious running. If you want to be a member of a running club you could check out the Bollington Harriers. There are also Park Runs in the area offering weekly 5k runs and junior park runs.

NHS Couch to 5k is a free download that helps you build up to running gradually.

 

Cricket

Bollington Cricket Club
Bollington CC is a Clubmark  Accredited Club based at Bollington Recreation Ground with 4 senior teams and junior teams running from U11 to U15 as well as Allstars and Dynamos for younger children.

Pott Shrigley Cricket Club
Pott Shrigley CC is based in a picturesque setting nestling beneath Nab Hill. It runs two senior teams plus occasional Sunday friendlies and has a junior section from U9s upwards.

Kerridge Cricket Club
Kerridge Cricket Club is a small friendly club currently competing at senior level only.

Bowling

Canoeing

Macclesfield And District Canoe Club

MADCC is a club for adults, young people, and families. The club’s qualified coaches are able to offer training and assessments for national skills awards in many aspects of paddle sport. Regular club meetings, with coaching if required, are held on Monday nights at Bollington
