Repairs and a Lick of Paint for Bollington's Iconic Landmark
Volunteers from the Kerridge Ridge and Ingersley Vale Project (KRIV) gave White Nancy an annual makeover this month.
White Nancy can be seen from miles around and keeping the paintwork looking pristine really makes a difference.
At about 5.5 metres high the painting is no easy task and all the equipment and materials have to be carried up the hill on foot.
The Town Council would like to thank the KRIV volunteers for their ongoing care for our much loved landmark.
