
Structure and purpose of working groups
Compared to Committee meetings, Working Groups are more informal.
Working Groups:
- focus on specific issues or tasks and make recommendations to the Committees they report to.
- do not make decisions.
- comprised of Councillors, appointed members of the public or appointed representatives of local organisations.
Neighbourhood Plan Review Working Group
To review the Bollington Neighbourhood Plan
Meetings will be set by the Working Group.

Events Working Group
Identify new events, review and plan existing events and civic functions to ensure they operate smoothly and align with Council values.
Meetings will be set by the Working Group.

Transport & Travel Working Group
Considers solutions to reports and complaints relating to transport and travel from residents.
Meetings will be set by the Working Group.
